Business Case

This is the most critical step. No investment decision is ever taken without the detailed analysis of a business plan. Great companies, seen from the eyes of their clients or investors, need to present a strong business case that should demonstrate the uniqueness of their products or technological solutions, their marketing/sales strategy and the company’s financial needs through past and pro forma financial statements. In other words, we need a clear and comprehensive picture of your business so that we can partner together for you to become a great business.

The business plan should include a detailed description of the following items:

• Management team background;
• The product and the technology;
• The targeted market;
• The competition;
• The marketing/sales strategy;
• Pro forma financial statements; and
• References (clients, suppliers and business partners).

Letter of Intent

If the conclusion of the business plan analysis is positive, we will then agree on a letter of intent which will state the fundamentals of a possible transaction (investment terms and conditions).

Due Diligence

Following an agreement on a letter of intent, we will then proceed with a thorough analysis of all of your business aspects, including a review of markets, technology and products, human resources, intellectual property and financial information.

Letter of Offer and Investment Closing

It’s now time to finalize and agree on the investment terms and conditions, such terms and conditions being translated into various legal agreements.
